Resolved, That each Diocese which has not already done so be requested to establish a diocesan Stewardship Committee, to educate and encourage local congregations in matters of stewardship, to work with the national Stewardship Office and the Standing Commission on Stewardship for the continued strengthening of our witness to the world of our gratitude for God's bounty in our lives.
