Resolves of the Executive Council

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of the Rio Grande, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf in the Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East be established, such relationship to be in effect until October 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Iowa, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Brechin in the Scottish Episcopal Church and the Diocese of Swaziland in the Province of Southern Africa be renewed, such relationship to be in effect until January 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of New Hampshire, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of the Virgin Islands be renewed until March 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Michigan, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Dioceses of Ekiti and Ilesa in the Church of Nigeria be renewed until June 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Northwest Texas, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Litoral Ecuador be renewed, such relationship to be in effect until June 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Western New York, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Machakos in the Church in the Province of Kenya be renewed until October 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Province of the Midwest, a companion province relationship between that province and the Province of Nigeria be renewed until April 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of South Carolina, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Argentina in the Anglican Church of the Southern Cone of the Americas be renewed, such relationship to be in effect until June 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of West Tennessee, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Barbados in the Church in the Province of the West Indies be renewed until October 1994, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Rhode Island a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of the Dominican Republic be established, such relationship to be in effect until October 1993, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Milwaukee, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Tuam, Killala & Achonry in the Church of Ireland be renewed until December 1995, unless terminated by mutual consent; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Rochester, a companion relationship be recognized as existing between the Diocese of Rochester and the Shanghai Christian Council, such relationship to continue by mutual agreement for a period to be determined by the two churches; and be it further

Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of New York, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese Klerkdorf in the Church in the Province of Southern Africa be extended for a period of five (5) years, such relationship to be in effect until October 1997, unless terminated by mutual consent.
