Resolved, That the Executive Council of the Episcopal Church

  1. Express its concern to the Federal Government of the United States of America over the deteriorating housing conditions facing the low income residents of this nation.
  2. Reaffirm the intention to mobilize the resources of PECUSA to address those problems by:
  1. Encouraging the development of local parish and diocesan housing interest groups,
  2. Supporting the work of the Executive Council Housing Organizing (ECHO) Sub-Committee, and
  3. Encouraging the expansion of the Interreligious Coalition on Housing (ICH).
