Resolves of the Executive Council

Resolved, That Executive Council express its appreciation for the following recent appointments made by the Presiding Bishop:

The Rev. John L. Kater, Jr., Ph.D., of the Diocese of New York, to serve as diocesan education officer in the Diocese of Panama.

The Rev. Randall R. Lyle, of the Diocese of Iowa, to serve as director of the Allen Gardiner Center and rector of Los Cocos in the Diocese of Argentina and Eastern South America, Anglican Church of the Southern Cone of America.

The Rev. Georg R.J. Retzlaff, Ph.D., of the Diocese of Newark, to serve as chair of the theology department, Cuttington University College, in the Diocese of Liberia, Church of the Province of West Africa.
