Resolved, That the Executive Council express its appreciation for the following appointments made on behalf of the Presiding Bishop in recent months: The Rev. Herbert Barker, Diocese of San Diego – assigned as English Chaplain/Priest-in-Charge in the Diocese of Taiwan. This appointment is for three years and began on October 26, 2010. Ms. Lawrence Duffee, Diocese of Virginia – assigned as External Financial Consultant in the Diocese of Juba, Episcopal Church of Sudan. This appointment began on May 5, 2010. The Rev. Matthew Engleby, Diocese of Newark – assigned as Executive Director of El Hogar Projects in the Diocese of Honduras. This appointment is for three years and began on April 1, 2011. Ms. Angela Galbreath, Assigned as Assistant to Partnership Program in the Diocese of Haiti. Her appointment began on August 26, 2010. The Rev. Daniel Kuot, Diocese of Nebraska – assigned as Missionary in the Diocese of Juba, Episcopal Church of Sudan. This appointment began on November 19, 2010. The Rev. Ranjit Mathews, Diocese of Massachusetts – assigned as Theology Teacher in the Diocese of Central Tanganyika, Anglican Church of Tanzania. This appointment started on February 3, 2010. The Rev. Heather Mueller, Diocese of Hawaii – assigned as Warden at St. George’s College in the Diocese of Jerusalem, Episcopal Church of Jerusalem and the Middle East. Her appointment began on January 1, 2011. The Rev. Robert and Mrs. Karen North, Diocese of Chicago – assigned as consultant to the bishop and teacher respectively in the Diocese of Nzara, Episcopal Church of Sudan. Their appointment began on July 28, 2010. Mr. Michael Tedrick, Diocese of California – assigned as Lay Diaconal Ministry in the Diocese of Curitiba, Anglican Church of Brazil. His appointment started on June 1, 2009. The Rev. Joseph and Mrs. Maria Tucker, Diocese of Delaware – assigned as Missionaries by Special Appointment in the Diocese of Bo, Church of the Province of West Africa. Their appointment started on February 7, 2011. |
