Resolves of the Executive Council

Resolved, That the Executive Council, meeting in Albuquerque, New Mexico, June 13-15, 2008, approves the recommendations for Constable Fund re-allocations and distributions as follows, noting a $160,145.15 available balance for 2008:

- Cancels Grant 11, titled Middle East Study, and restores that $35,000 to available balances (this was duplicated by Grant 29)

- Returns the following amounts from lapsed grants which are now completed or abandoned (see attachment):

• $9,935.05 from Grant 3
• $5,000.00 from Grant 15
• $1,075.92 from Grant 26
• $4,494.33 from Grant 18
• $20,000 from Grant 29
• $10,000 from Grant 34

- Making a new total of $245,650.45 available for 2008.
