Resolved, That the elected member of the Executive Council on the Committee on Trust Funds to be elected annually be for 1995, and, retroactively, for 1994:

Joyce Phillips Austin, Esq.; and be it further

Resolved, That the following persons be elected as members of the Committee on Trust Funds for a period of three years until the 1998 annual meeting:

Mr. W. B. McKeown (new, first term), Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, New York, New York

Mr. John S. Goldthwait (currently serving), The Woodstock Corp., Boston, Massachusetts; and be it further

Resolved, That the following person be elected retroactively for a period of three years from 1994 until the 1997 annual meeting:

The Reverend Barnum McCarty (currently serving), St. Thomas' Episcopal Church, St. Petersburg, Florida; and be it further

Resolved, That the following person be elected retroactively for 1994 as a member and Chair of the Committee on Trust Funds for an extension of one year, following two consecutive three-year terms, as allowed in the By-Laws in the case of the Chair:

Mr. Melville T. Hodder, Smith Barney Shearson Inc., New York, New York; and be it further

Resolved, That the following persons, who have all served the maximum allowed consecutive terms under the By-Laws, be elected as members of the Committee on Trust Funds for a period of one additional year, as a one-time exception to the By-Laws, in order to provide continuity for the church in this time of crisis:

Mr. Melville T. Hodder, Smith Barney Shearson Inc., New York, New York

Mr. J. Lawrence Keating, Diocesan Investment Trust, Pacific Palisades, California

Mr. Jack McLarty, Legg Mason & Company, Jackson, Mississippi
