Resolved, That the Executive Council express its appreciation for the following recent appointments made by the Presiding Bishop:
The Rev. Bert F. Breiner, of the Diocese of Pennsylvania, previously missionary in West Malaysia, to serve on the staff of the Centre for the Study of Islam and Christian-Muslim Relations, Selly Oak Colleges, Birmingham, England.
The Rev. Charles E. Colby, of the Diocese of Central Florida, previously missionary in El Salvador, to serve as Rector of St. Alban's, Bogota, in the Diocese of Colombia.
Mr. Rommert F. Folkerts, of the Diocese of Minnesota, previously missionary in Bukavu, Zaire, to serve as Warden of St. Julian's Centre, Limuru, in the Church of the Province of Kenya.
Mr. Bruce B. Jackman, of the Diocese of Long Island, to serve as Provincial Treasurer and Projects Officer of the Province of Burundi, Rwanda and Zaire.
The Rev. John A. Langfeldt, of the Diocese of Nevada, to serve the Southern Area Canterbury Group in the Diocese of Cyprus and the Gulf of the Province of Jerusalem and the Middle East.
The Rev. Herbert C. McMurtry, of the Diocese of Oregon, to serve as Priest-in-charge of the Church of St. John the Divine, Tumon Bay, Guam, in the Episcopal Church in Micronesia.
