Resolved, That the Net Disposable Budget Income (NDBI) of each diocese used as the base for formalizing the assigned apportionments to United States dioceses be defined as follows:

Items 51-56

Less "Diocesan Support" (Item 54)

The Annual Diocesan Report Form

Item A2 "Endowment Income used for Budgetary Purposes" and

Item A4 "Other Income used for Budgetary Purposes;" and be it further

Resolved, That the following statistics be used for the assigning of apportionments to United States dioceses for the year indicated:

The NDBI statistics for the year 1974 to be used for the 1977 apportionment. The NDBI statistics for the year 1975 to be used for the 1978 apportionment. The NDBI statistics for the year 1976 to be used for the 1979 apportionment.
