Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Northwest Texas, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Spanish Reformed Episcopal Church be established, such relationship to be in effect until December 31, 2001, unless extended or terminated by mutual consent. Resolved, That at the request of the Diocese of Milwaukee, a companion diocese relationship between that diocese and the Diocese of Egypt and North Africa in the Province of Jerusalem and the Middle East be established, such relationship to be in effect until December 31, 2000, unless extended or terminated by mutual consent. |
