Resolved, That the General Convention of the Episcopal Church meeting in Louisville, Kentucky in 1973 support and actively work for passage of State and Federal legislation that will bring agricultural workers under the jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Act, will provide for secret-ballot elections, and will make fair and effective collective bargaining possible in agriculture.
