Resolved, That Canon I.13.3(a) is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 3 (a) Where Parish boundaries are not defined by law, or settled by
Diocesan Authorityaction of the Convention of the Diocese under Section 2 of this Canon, or are not otherwise settled, they shall be defined by the civil divisions of the State as follows:

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That Canon I.13.3(a) is hereby amended to read as follows:
