Resolved, That the 76th General Convention authorize and direct the Presiding Bishop and the President of the House of Deputies to jointly appoint a task force of not more than nine persons knowledgeable about clergy discipline and the requirements of the newly adopted revisions to Title IV of the Canons of The Episcopal Church to prepare and present materials for and to conduct the education and training of diocesan personnel in the requirements of the same in such time and fashion as to enable the several dioceses to complete necessary canonical changes prior to the effective date of the revised Title IV; and be it further

Resolved, That the General Convention requests the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance to consider a budget application of $15,000.00 for the implementation of the education efforts required by the adoption of the revised Title IV; and be it further

Resolved, That the General Convention request the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance to consider a budget allocation of $15,000 for the implementation of this resolution.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That General Convention requests the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance to consider a budget application of $15,000 for the implementation of the education efforts required by the adoption of the revised Title IV; and be it further

Resolved, That the General Convention request the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance to consider a budget allocation of $15,000 for the implementation of this resolution.
