The House of Bishops Committee on Consecration of Bishops moved to concur with the action of the House of Deputies on HD Message #24 on Resolution D043 (Consents to Elections), which includes and can substitute for Resolution B019 and Resolution B020 (Consents to Elections).

| Notes: | Resolution D043 is a concurring resolution for previously adopted resolutions B019 and B020. The House of Bishops reconsidered resolutions B019 and B020 in order to adopt (D043), which was separately passed by the House of Deputies. Note that the Deputies resolution, D043, combines all the names of bishops listed in HB resolution B019, and the one bishop, Leopold Frade, who was listed in HB resolution B020. |
