Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That this 208th Convention of the Diocese of Massachusetts accept and submit to the 71st General Convention of the Episcopal Church the principle of equality of clergy positions; and be it further
Resolved, That this 208th Convention of the Diocese of Massachusetts affirm and submit to the 71st General Convention of the Episcopal Church a formula to achieve this principle of equality such as:
CS x AHAC x 1.5% = Pension
CS = Credited years of service
AHAC = Average of the highest average compensation of all of the persons having the same CS (each person's HAC to be calculated by the method currently in use by the Church Pension Fund)
Committee No. 18 on Church Pension Fund presented its Report #4 on Resolution C043 (Equality of Clergy Pensions) and moved the resolution recommending rejection.

The Committee on Church Pension Fund presented its Report #3 on House of Deputies Message #191 on Resolution C043 (Equality of Clergy Pensions) stating that the House of Deputies rejected the resolution, and moved agreement.
The Bishop of Louisiana moved to discharge the committee.
