Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That discrimination be prohibited against those who maintain recognized theological positions which vary from those of the Diocesan Bishop or the Diocesan Commission on Ministry; and be it further

Resolved, That those who hold theological positions recognized by the Church not be denied access to the ordination process nor be denied nor deprived of a cure for holding such position; and be it further

Resolved, That the Council for Development of Ministry prepare educational materials which address this issue.
