Resolved, That:

  1. A summary issue of the General Convention of Episcopal Life be provided, in reproduction proof form, to each diocese for their distribution to their constituents; and that
  2. A Spanish translation of this document be provided to dioceses, in reproduction proof form, upon request; and that
  3. The dioceses with significant numbers of communicants speaking languages other that English or Spanish be encouraged to provide translations in such languages.

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the General Convention Summary Issue of Episcopal Life be provided for every Episcopal household, including a Spanish edition for Province IX, with funding for that purpose provided from the General Convention budget.

Proposed Committee Substitute:

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That

  1. a summary issue of the General Convention issue of Episcopal Life be provided, in reproduction proof form, to each diocese for their distribution to their constituents; and that
  2. a Spanish translation of this document be provided to dioceses, in reproduction proof form, upon request; and that
  3. the dioceses with significant numbers of communicants speaking languages other than English or Spanish be encouraged to provide translations in such languages.
