Resolved, That the following subsection (c) be added to Canon III.3.1:

A Diocesan Bishop or the Ecclesiastical Authority may license duly certified Church Army Evangelists to exercise one or more of these ministries in accordance with the provision of this Canon.

Resolved, the House of Deputies concurring, That the following subsection (c) be added to Canon III.3.1:
