Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring, That the General Convention recommend use of The Episcopalian to Church agencies, Dioceses, Parishes and Vestries through the Diocesan Combination Plan, Parish Plan, Small Group Plan, and related services.

Proposed Committee Amendment:

In lines two and three, after the words "Church agencies, Dioceses," strike the words "Parishes and Vestries" and insert the word "Congregations."
