Resolved, That the 68th General Convention of the Episcopal Church/USA, urge the Congress of the United States to reaffirm its commitment to providing a home-buying incentive for clergy and to reassert its authority over tax policy by enacting H.R. 385 or S. 1595, currently before the 99th Congress; and be it further

Resolved, That a copy of this resolution be sent by the Diocesan Bishops of the Episcopal Church/USA to all members of the Congress and the Senate from the states in which they reside.
