Resolved, That the Secretary of the House of Bishops be directed to advise all diocesan Bishops of the provisions of Canons II.3.5, II.3.8, and IV.1.1(4), and for said Secretary to request all diocesan Bishops to communicate such information to all Clergy within their respective Dioceses.

On the fourth day, the Chairman of the Committee on Prayer Book and Liturgy presented Report #11 and recommended that the House concur with Message #171 of the House of Bishops on Resolution C-18A (Unauthorized Liturgies).

Abstract:   The 67th General Convention directs all Diocesan bishops that they inform clergy of the provisions of Canon Title II.3.8, Canon Title II.3.5 and Canon Title IV.1.1(4) regarding liturgy.
