Muslim Refugees from Serbia Find New Life in Dayton. Adnan Issa cuddles one of his twin daughters in a refugee camp after being forced from his home in Banjaluka, Serbia. With the assistance of Christ Episcopal Church in Dayton, Ohio, the Issa family has resettled a few miles from where the Dayton Peace Accord halting the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina was signed.
