Three Philippine bishops attend their last House of
Bishops meeting. The Rt. Rev. Manuel Lumpias (left), is Prime Bishop
of the Philippine Episcopal Church which will become an autonomous
province of the Anglican Communion next May. Also attending a press
conference were Bishop Valentino Ticobay (right), Bishop Lyman Ogilby,
